1. Online Store Ordering and Conclusions of Sale 

1.1 Upon the Customer confirming his or her purchase order the Customer agrees to purchase the products in the Customer’s “shopping cart” for their price including GST and any postage and handling charges as applicable. 

1.2 Art & Collectors will send the products to the Customer as soon as practicable after it receives payment for the products.

1.3 By placing an online order, you make an offer to buy goods. Completion of the sale is subject to the availability of stock and confirmation of successful credit card or PayPal settlement. Partial sales may be concluded where availability of stock precludes fulfilment in full.

1.4 When you place an order you will receive an automated email from Art & Collectors which will confirm receipt of your order and will provide you with an order reference number. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the conclusion of sale by emailing us at the contact address given.

1.5 Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Occasionally however, we may be out of stock due to demand. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone. If you have already completed the transaction, we will promptly organise a refund. 

1.6 All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) where applicable.

 

2. Site Access

2.1 Art & Collectors hereby grants the Customer permission to access and view the content of this website for personal, non-commercial use only. 

2.2 The Customer agrees not to use any device, method or software to interfere with the proper functioning of this site including but not limited to: spiders; robots; avatars; agents; data mining; gathering or extraction tools; and attempts to probe, scan or test or breach security and authentication measures.

 

3. Intellectual Property 

3.1 The Customer agrees that the content which the Customer accesses, views or saves and the software used to create it, remains the intellectual property of Art & Collectors. 

 

4. Communications

By creating an account with Art & Collectors, the Customer consents to receiving electronic communications from Art & Collectors. The Customer’s personal details will not be provided, sold or leased to any third party. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
